We receive new stock daily and it is posted to our on line store as soon as it's received.

If the items you need are not listed in stock, that most likely means we don't have it in stock. You can check our Pattern Index & Search tips or you should register your request.
On occasion patterns are purchased specifically for our clients and never make it to our on line inventory. So we strongly recommend that you register your request so you hear about those items you're after.

Registering your request does not obligate you to buy from us but it does help us to decide whether or not to purchase a pattern. "You can make a difference".
We understand that your needs can change. So please feel free to use our registration form to update your request with us. Or simply send us an email with your revised needs.
Remember, your client reference # will help us locate your information faster.

Disclaimer: We do our best to provide you with accurate information regarding pricing &
quantities available. (We don't want to complicate matters any more than you.) However, due to
the size of our inventory & the fact that we are human, errors are possible. If you suspect an error
in the price of an item, please let us know and we'll get it corrected right away. If you order an item
and the price is in error, we may not be able to honour the listed price. If there is an error in the
quantity available, or the item ordered just isn't available we will obviously not be able to fullfill
your order.
