If you prefer to pick-up your order, please order by phone during regular business hours. Alternatively, enter the Shipping Rebate coupon code "PICKUP" when checking out and receive an instant credit applicable to the shipping charges. Any difference between the shipping charges and the pickup credit is applicable to "handling charges".

Shipping charges are calculated on the "Regular Price" total of your order when you order by phone. However, online orders are calculated using the Special or Discounted selling price. Order online today and save!

International Shipments are sent via Canada Post
Posted shipping charges are based on domestic shipping rates.
International orders require additional charges billed separately from online shopping cart process.

We recommend shipping via "Xpresspost International" for the insurance and tracking options.
Smaller parcels may be able to be sent via the "Small Packet" option, however there is no tracking option.

Actual shipping charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, value, materials used and method of delivery.


Canada Post provides the transport of orders within Canada and for USA destined shipments-to the USA border. The United States Postal Service then processes those shipments, providing delivery to every address in the United States, 6 days a week.

In general, orders should be delivered in major centres within 7 business days, plus any time required by US Customs (usually 1 day).

On-line orders are subject to a 48 hour waiting period, others are shipped upon payment unless you instruct otherwise. If you have not received your order after a reasonable amount of time, please call us. We will advise you of the shipping date, (a tracking number, if applicable) and do whatever possible to locate your order.

Orders over $200 value shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties. Rates vary with the type of ware and origin of manufacturer.

Check with your country's duty rates for dinnerware. U.S. Customs charges according to the US International Trade Commission database, but dinnerware duties are approximately 6 to 10 per cent, plus approximately $8 for processing duties.

In addition, the U.S. Postal Service may charge approximately $5 to $6 as "postage due". This is actually for collecting the duty on behalf of U.S. Customs. We cannot prepay these charges for you. Top of page

United States Inventory

Inventory in our United States warehouse is identified by the wording "Duty Free to US residents". Canadian residents may order these items, and we will import these pieces to Canada on your behalf. However these orders are subject to an additional fee (minimum $10) to cover our costs of shipping, handling & customs duty. This additional amount will be billed separately. Please contact us for an estimate or if you have questions.

We research and provide the most practical shipping method and carrier(s) to ensure that orders reach their destination — wherever it may be. Additionally, for local customers, we offer a service where we will pack and ship on your behalf, any small fragile items you wish forwarded.
